[Will shivers a bit, horrified by the imagery his mind is happy to provide. He's seen what curses and illnesses can do to the body]

[ He takes a breath. This is his new normal. He'll learn to live around it, as he has with his lungs. ]

I panicked, and I put everything I had into my healing to help save Clive. It is no surprise that it has spread as it has, after that and after fighting against that thing in the temple.

But as crazy as all that was... it's proof of concept. We can beat back the spread. If it worked on Clive it should work on you.

Will it require healing? You were rather quick, I know, but I assume the usual process would not be so... violent?

Yeah no, that's... not how it's supposed to go. Clive's aether and curse is... different from yours. If I'm right I think just a little cursebreaking and a lot of aether should do the same.

[ He nods. There's an actual chance at surviving the Curse now. It's... such a relief, honestly. There had been no hope before, but now there is at least a glimmer. ]

[he stands and offers his hands for Joshua to grab]

[ He grabs on to Will's hands with his own, gripping his wrists for extra support. Getting to his feet takes little effort - tall as he is, he weighs next to nothing - but it's the potential for dizziness that he's more worried about anyway. And it sure does hit as he gets upright, to the point he has to close his eyes and breathe for a couple of seconds. ]

By the Founder, I hope that passes.

[ Likely dehydrated. Definitely in need of food. What happened took a lot out of them all, and boy, is he feeling it. ]

[he heads to his dresser to paw around for something, tossing him a simple cotton front laced travel blouse. Pretty much what he wears most days.]

[ Honestly, it's perfect. It's a familiar style, and he doesn't have to stumble over anything. He pulls the shirt over his head, sliding his arms through the sleeves.

It's. A little short. Both in the torso and the arms. But it's fine! It isn't like he's going out anywhere. ]
